DESCRIPTION

Fuda Biotech’s xylanase is a class of compound enzymes which specifically degrade xylan and is mainly composed of endo-1,4-β-D-xylanase and β-D-xylosidase as well as some debranching enzymes. Hydrolysis products are primarily xylobiose and xylo-oligosaccharides, along with small amounts of xylose and arabinose. Xylanse belongs to the family of hydrolases, consisting of endo-β-xylanase, exo-β-xylanase and β-xylosidase.
