DESCRIPTION

Fuda Biotech’s α-galactosidase is an exoglycosidase that hydrolyzes terminal α-1,6-galactosyl moieties from polysaccharides, glycolipids and glycoproteins. It can hydrolyze oligosaccharides including raffinose, stachyose and verbascose, as well as heteroglycans containing α-galactoside.
